Rosters - Position eligibility requests 2025-26

Position eligibility requests for the 2025-26 season.

We will continue evaluating players for new positions going forward and make updates where appropriate.

As of 10/4/23, we added the option for Commissioners to award position eligibility to players who haven't earned it by Yahoo Fantasy's standards yet. Keep in mind, this tool will only allow commissioners to add positions, not edit or remove them, and you won't be able to assign Forwards or Defensemen with Goalie eligibility and vice versa.     Aleksander Barkov (C) has seen 0 faceoffs since February 20th. Eetu Luostarinen (C,LW) has taken the center spot. Barkov needs winger eligibility.

    Can you explain the logic on the Tampa Bay Lighting's top line position eligibility? Steven Stamkos lines up at center for faceoffs and plays the wing giving him C,LW eligibility. Line mate Brayden Point lines up on the wing and plays center but ONLY has Centre eligibility. Logically this makes no sense and puts Point owners at a gross disadvantage. Fix up Yahoo.

    Point has to receive RW eligibility, the stats and actual gameplay back it up.

    TAVARES AGAIN LW AND STILL NO MOVE BY YAHOO!! Should we move to some platform no? Do something already. Its been a long time coming.

    John Tavares C/LW has been playing LW for 5 Games and two weeks straight. It is the talk of Toronto media. How has this not been changed yet.

    Matthew Tkachuck LW/RW
    Anthony Duclair LW/RW please.

    Both are listed as LW and have played LW in most of the recent games.

    John Tavares should be eligible for LW (C/LW). He's been playing on the wing for a while now.

    How much longer till Tavares gets LW? 7 played games already on the left wing as many have stated.....

    Barzal got his RW after 3 or 4 games.... LOL.

    Do better, and add the darn thang already

    John Tavares needs LW added. Face-off leagues are at a huge disadvantage.

    John Tavares TOR- C. Not taking faceoffs any longer per line moves, as he's playing wing. He should have wing eligibility. Thanks!
