Rosters - Position eligibility requests 2025-26

Position eligibility requests for the 2025-26 season.

We will continue evaluating players for new positions going forward and make updates where appropriate.

As of 10/4/23, we added the option for Commissioners to award position eligibility to players who haven't earned it by Yahoo Fantasy's standards yet. Keep in mind, this tool will only allow commissioners to add positions, not edit or remove them, and you won't be able to assign Forwards or Defensemen with Goalie eligibility and vice versa.     When will Dylan Larkin gain eligibility on the wing? He’s been starting there for several games now as he heels from his injury.

    Larkin has now played so many games on the wing already.... when is he going to get the winger option.....? Time goes on and on and still a no.

    Mittelstadt (Buffalo) is now C-LW. Could you add him LW ?

    Roope Hintz won one draw last game and today hasn't taken any. Pavelski who is C/RW is taking them. Could you please make Hintz C/W. There have been many requests to give Hintz winger status. I guess we are all wasting out time in the feedback section.

    Hi! Dylan Larkin hasn't taken any faceoffs the last two games. Will you be adding either LW or RW, or both to his position eligibility?

    Ryan Hartman is playing wing for Minny, he's actually played a lot of wing throughout his career so a couple of more games there should gain him eligibility.

    Roope Hintz C/RW
    Pavelski and Hintz are constantly swapping. Morning Swap has last 11 games as Hintz 4 games at Center and 7 at RW. Please give him the RW eligibility he should have. Also recently read one of your posts on reddit stating he plays center but majority of his points come from the winger position. How does this not make him eligible for RW?

    nhl.com has him listed as RW but he only has LW status. your own site has him as RW on the player profile but he is LW?? at least make him LW/RW
