    again i repeat!! please, please make it so "standard" unowned player setting locks free agents at start of game time so claims can go on stack. just like football!! adds can be done during the day immediately (to account for goalie announcements etc), but everyone should get a shot to put a bid in once the games start. standard is too open / opportunistic in its current setting (add a player during a game?) and continuous is too restrictive (albeit more fair)

    add a waiver/ free agent setting like football but daily for hockey. players lock at start of game times and claims go on stack. after claims process in AM free agent players can be added and dropped up until game start the following day (except players on multiple day waivers). same as football. too many last minute goalie announcements and stuff in NHL. current options a tough choice between fairness of daily waivers vs first one to the computer to account for last minute nhl changes

    Allow managers to create delayed roster moves for the following day that go through when the day rolls over. Right now managers that work nights or are willing to stay up past 3am where I am from can get an edge by picking up players before others, if you allow managers to set roster moves for the next day that go through at the time of the day roll over it would provide a more balanced field. Waiver priority can be used for when 2+ managers go for the sames pick-up

    We have a maximum player add of 2 per week because we use a category scoring system. Once I've used up all 2, I cannot place a waiver claim to run when the calendar flips to the following week (player add counter resets to 0 on Monday AM). The current system disadvantages those that are not up at 1am Monday morning. Could you please add the ability to place waiver claims to run when your add counter resets?

    I am surprised this is not already an option. It is an option in Football. The template to have this setting is already in Yahoo Football. For Dynasty Hockey leagues reverse standings waiver priority would be very useful.

    If the circumstances are that a decent player gets dropped by a top tier team a bottom tier should have first chance on the waiver wire to get that player. It should theoretically make for a more competitive league in the long run.

    The current way teams get waiver priority has really proven to have no meaning in the league I manage. Aligning it with the way the NHL actually looks at it would be ideal, especially since it is available in other fantasy leagues.

    Please add these settings. They're available in football. Our hockey league needs them. I've been manually updating the priority and it's terrible.

    you could add to this if you don't use any moves in one week you should remain in position 2 on the waiver for as long as you don't use it.. if the number 1 doesn't use it, he moves to 2, you to 3, etc.. this way, you are incentivized to use it, but not penalized if you don't, while still moving the waiver priority around fairly

    This isn't the NHL where there is a salary and contracts to deal with. You can add and drop as you please. I like how my commissioner has it setup. Once you claim from waivers, you go to the end of the line. My last waiver claim was successfully made from the last spot in the order.

    Yahoo Fantasy Football already has several options for waiver priority:

    I would love to see this implemented in Fantasy Hockey. Shouldn't be too hard either! Specifically, I'd go for a "Weekly rolling list based on standings" where the priority list is reset each week based on reverse standings, but you get dumped to the bottom of the weekly list when you make a claim.
