   Allow managers to create delayed roster moves for the following day that go through when the day rolls over. Right now managers that work nights or are willing to stay up past 3am where I am from can get an edge by picking up players before others, if you allow managers to set roster moves for the next day that go through at the time of the day roll over it would provide a more balanced field. Waiver priority can be used for when 2+ managers go for the sames pick-up
