  2. The most annoying thing that happens when reading news etc on your webpage is to have a pop-up add suddenly appear blocking everything

    Get rid of pop-up ads - they are bloody annoying. 9MSN is looking good.

    You changed a good page and paid some idiots money for a design that your users hate, would it have been wiser to have held some FOCUS GROUPS to find out what your customers wanted when your loose your customers because of this your advertisers wont use you.

  14. Wow what have you done to the new home page? it is truly terrible. Way to much content looks totally amateur manner. and ads in the inbox??

    Does anyone actually like this homepage? Does placing an Ad in your inbox work? It might get lots of accidental clicks but i for one would not buy/use anything being sold in those ads on principle. This homepage should be for the user not purely for your advertisers..
