Hi Yahoo7 users!
We appreciate all the feedback we’ve received regarding the design changes with Yahoo7 and features, and we’re constantly working on improving site performance and user experience.
The feedback we receive is vital in our decision making process, and we’d love to hear more about the changes you’re seeing. We recommend continuing to post comments here with any additional feedback/ideas, rather than posting new ideas regarding layout changes.
Thanks for using Yahoo7

What a BS response! .......
You are ignoring most of the feedback you get) .... just blundering on with your own plans! .... (can you believe? several thousand customers annoyed enough to provide feedback - how many others couldn't be bothered, or just left?) .... Sad really ... Yahoo used to be a good site - you have turned it into a garbage heap! -

I remember when yahoo was a pretty good way to send emails i'm 66 years of age now and that memory is fading. oh how I long for the good old days when yahoo was yahoo and it worked.
maybe it's my new computer, I don't know but I can't find a single aspect of yahoo or yahoo7 that works properly.
I suspect money is too tight for them to have enough servers, I guess that would cost money.
can anyone tell me a better alterative to yahoo? after all these years I will be sorry to leave yahoo but I have to think of myself, I deserve to be treated like a human being and not a moron.

Better coverage for Melbourne spring carnival so far has been a joke.

I hate that you are actually advertising scams on your homepage. Are you se desperate for advertising revenue that you would push a scam onto people? What the absolute...?

Overwhelming opposition to this horrid home-page and ads on the email page, and you completely ignore it? Way to go, Yahoo, if you want to keep haemorrhaging subscribers. STOP changing what's not broken. And start LISTENING!!!

If you appreciate the feed back and are constantly working to improve site performance and user experience, why then do you ignore en masse, all of the feedback provided? You have successfully stuffed up a brilliant mail box and made it worse by installing adds that can't be deleted or turned off. It's bad enough to be assaulted by them on the home page but it's totally unacceptable in the mail box. You have now totally stuffed up the home page. The news articles are banal, the advertising is intrusive and gives a detrimental user experience, especially when you get them every time you open a page. Most of the stories are of US origin and substance, if I wanted to know why a random Kardashian is doing anything I could search for it, why do you think it necessary to prominently place it as vital info? I agree with all who have posted here. Why don't you ask the users before you change things and why don't you run a trial phantom site to gather feedback instead of just changing things overnight ? It would save you any amount of grief. You employ fools who make foolish decisions . . . over and over and over . . . how are you not concerned and bankrupt?

Firstly you Yahoo people ruin a perfectly good home page. THEN you added banner adverisements AT THE TOP OF PEOPLES IN BOXES- that you CAN'T DELETE!! (EG: Uber) And now, you've added a dirty great big TASMANIA ADVERTISEMENT at the top of my home page - that I also CAN NOT delete???!!!
Are you people serious? Are you completely CLUELESS about how NOT to treat your customers?? I will tell you this: ANY business/product who advertises with YAHOO in the form of a banner ad in my email in box, or a dirty great big advertisement at the top of my home page - that I can NOT REMEVOVE - I will go out of my way to NEVER buy or USE THAT BUSINESS/PRODUCT, and I will go out of my way to encourage all my family and friends to do the same!
It's obvious that you Yahoo people got your marketing degrees from the back of Corn Flakes boxes....

apart from all the poor grammar and spelling issues I have from news reports, reports written by uni grads, you also have a stupid **** running the show who is giving this **** the green light. the home page has changed I don't know how many times in the last year, as to the layout of the email page it to is falling short of what was there before.

The new homepage has no design flow at all. Random news from different categories all meshed together, not to mention heaps of sponsored ads in between, trying to trick us into thinking it was somehow news. Separating them into their own categories, eg. world, national, finance etc. would be more logical.

Hate the new home page.It is cluttered and there is no logic as there use to be. Hard to follow. As for the email. Well, I seem to have enough of a problem with spam in my email without yahoo adding those ads to the top of my email. The ads to the side of the email were already annoying enough without another ad being added to the top of my inbox.

It seems that we are all of the same opinion - do not like the new home page and certainly do not like the new ad at the top of the e-mail list. More ads than anything else. I doubt however whether you will really take notice of all the comments - heaven forbid that you admit that you might have it all wrong
