Where has the last 4 years of my mail gone????
i logged into my Yahoo! Mail account yesterday to find that hundreds of my emails - pretty much everything prior to July 2015 is gone. Simply gone.
Not archived, or hidden, or deleted (ie, in trash) - gone.
The Help function does not have a topic that covers this, so i couldn't lodge a "correct" help/support request; the closest i could find is the 'restore lost/missing emails' option, which does not address the problem that i have, and i can't seem to find a free-form option to explain the problem.

Hey Yahoo, can you let me opt out of changing my password or giving you my mobile phone number.
For a few weeks now, every time I log in to Yahoo I get asked to change my password and to give you my mobile phone number. I am happy with the level of security of my password and I am Not giving you my mobile phone number. Please give me the option to opt out of receiving this message. If I opt out then I am assuming the risk of my email being hacked.

Please add "BLOCK SENDER" to email filter options.
Please include a "Block Sender" option to the filters in Yahoo Mail. I receive so many emails from people that I do not know nor have any interest in whatsoever.
It is frustrating and time consuming to apply the filter "sent to trash". I just do not want these to come into my account in the first place.

I can't read my emails!!!!
When I want to open an unread email, it keeps loading and loading and loading for like 5 mins and then it just tells me that some error occurred. So I AM UNABLE TO READ MY OWN EMAILS! How frustrating! I'm switching to google. This is bs.

In china there is no Google , therefore V.P.N. is used a lot .I wish you would stop asking people to change their passwords every 5 minutes, also people do travel more now, and hook up in other countries . People are tired of having to change their passwords .

Please remove those poxy annoying adds from my mail box. It is a mail mail box for emails. I get enough adds every where else in yahoo so why the @#$% do I need them in my mail box.
I would like to think that yahoo will take some notice of their users but from my experience they will continue to be arrogant and totally ignore every one and leave the adds in peoples mail boxes.
