Use the correct form of Canadian spelling. Words such as "recognize" use a "z" not a "s".
Canadian spelling is neither the British form nor the American form. It is uniquilly Canadian and follows Canadian standards and rules. The people monitoring your articles must use the Canadian standards if they wish to continue to serve the Canadian public and wish to have Yahoo accepted as a go to place for Canadians.

Yahoo news headline is shameful
One of your headlines today reads: "Shocking moment car crashes into little boy. Dramatic footage shows the moment a 'Speeding' driver hit a seven year-old boy while he was crossing a road. Will he survive?"
Will he survive? Seriously? You're encouraging people to watch this video by hinting at the possibility that they may witness a seven year old being killed by a motorist. What's wrong with your editorial staff Yahoo?

Retrieving Password
Hey! Here's an idea!! How about asking security questions, like most of the modern world, to retrieve passwords instead of making me pay a fee as a penalty for not updating contact info?!? I wanted to start using my yahoo account, but you've made it impossible to get into! Insane!!!

Your coverage of CFL Football is pathetic - no stats, no standings - just the 55 yard line commentary (which is generally good)
Cover the CFL at the same level that you use for the other major sports - a lack of stats, standings, etc is very poor. Many Canadians have an active interest in the league and cannot look to your coverage to get current information - not acceptable at all!

Please stop sending me sponsored adds. I use MS Outlook to view and file my yahoo emails, and those sponsored adds are blocked by that.
Stop sending those sponsored adds. My MS Outlook program blocks them, but only after lengthy delivery attempts, which stop me from going on. Then I have to log on to Yahoo on line and have to delete ALL my saved emails, otherwise you sponsored emails keep jamming up my Outlook. Get rid of them or soon I will get rid of you.

What is news? Why does Yahoo leave news on day after day after day?
News is packaged information about current events happening somewhere else; or, alternatively, news is that which the news industry sells. News moves through many different media, based on word of mouth, printing, postal systems, broadcasting, and electronic communication. Common topics for news reports include war, politics, and business, as well as athletic contests, quirky or unusual events, and the doings of celebrities. Government proclamations, concerning royal ceremonies, laws, taxes, public health, and criminals, have been dubbed news since ancient times. Humans exhibit a nearly universal desire to learn and share news from elsewhere, which they satisfy by traveling and talking…

I am UTTERLY disgusted by Yahoo's recent practice of creating items of interest lists and then littering them with ad links disguised as forward or backward arrows!
