  4. Why allow us to choose a category like "entertianment", when most of the items in that category have nothing to do with entertainment?

    If the category I'm looking at is "entertainment", then that's what I want to see. NOT local weather, NOT ads for drugs or shopping sites. I'm so sick of having to pick through the stories to actually read something in entertainment!!!! So much so, that I'm switching browsers. This was a bad move Yahoo!!!

  12. Disgusting and distracting ads that keep showing up in side bars eg. Ellen and the fat ugly chick!

    I'm going to move to a different news page if the obnoxious and disgusting moving ads like Ellen and the fat gross chick keep showing up in the side bars. Tasteful adds are fine but these cross the line. I now close my browser and go elsewhere when I'm subjected to this cr@p.

  18. I was on hold for 3 hr. with know end in sight !!! Help your customer please

    Get more help for customer care because the ones you have are not answering your phone . Three months trying to talk with a live person can't be done with Yahoo. Am so close to just closing down our website .. Three hours on hold this morning try to talk with a service person ... did happen again for the 100th time .. Where is your service gone to .. I want to talk with a live person PLEASE ....
