I'm going to move to a different news page if the obnoxious and disgusting moving ads like Ellen and the fat gross chick keep showing up in the side bars. Tasteful adds are fine but these cross the line. I now close my browser and go elsewhere when I'm subjected to this cr@p.

Get more help for customer care because the ones you have are not answering your phone . Three months trying to talk with a live person can't be done with Yahoo. Am so close to just closing down our website .. Three hours on hold this morning try to talk with a service person ... did happen again for the 100th time .. Where is your service gone to .. I got your answer I want to thank you and I'll try the first suggestion to see if it's going to work, for the other suggestion I'm not sure, I don't want to create new problems, to much for me. And please yahoo don't change my e-mail again, because I have to learn all over again every time you change, and I must say the e-mail before was so much better than this one.

Keeping the Yahoo webpage in English
Lately, when I go to the Yahoo website, it does not come up in English. I change it back to Canadian English, but as soon as I leave and come back to the website, it is in another language. How can I get it to permanently stay in Canadian English?

I don't have/use a mobile phone. Your new page asking for a mobile number for "security" should at least offer an option to bypass that page so it doesn't keep coming up every time I open Yahoo.

Several years of my emails have disappeared from my "inbox".Older ones and newer ones are still there but many are gone?Are they retreivable
Please get back my emails, I have been with you for years and much of my "inbox" has disappeared. Also, your page has become much too busy and ads keep re-appearing after deletion. I don't mind the ads and do check them out, but they are becoming a nuisance.
