  1. Why would you change the homepage. This new one is cluttered, trashy and very hard on the eyes. I don't even bother reading it anymore.

    Bring the old homepage back. This new one is the same as the email. Garbage ! I've been with Yahoo for many years and I'm sorry to say I'm looking for a new homepage and a new email provider.

  2. Purple + red = eyesore.

    What happened to making the webpage customizable to our own tastes? I don't give a flying fig about what is trending right now --I am neither sheep nor lemming. I'd much rather have the weather at the top of the page. We used to be able to choose a colour scheme too.

    I would like to go back to having news divisible by type. I don't want to see any sports news and I'm not terribly interested in "celebrity" news either. I want Canadian news top and foremost followed by world news and science as I had it before. There…

    Have you people never heard of the old term 'if it ain't broke, then don't fix it'?!?! Yet another useless and unnecessary change WITHOUT asking your users for their input! Thanks for caring about what WE want in a homepage!

    I used to come to yahoo Canada for all my news, but now I guess it's either CNN or MSN.

  4. Yahoo...are you consciously trying to alienate and tick off your current customers / viewers?

    I tried your new screwed up mess of a home page and found it extremely tedious and confusing and unnecessarily complicated.. Sorry, I will only be using your email part only because all my friends, family and contacts have my yahoo email address. Everything else will be searching elsewhere. Once I establish a new email address, (unless someone can tell me where else I can access my yahoo email outside of the Yahoo website), I will be taking that business elsewhere also. I endured your email changes but this has gone too far.Congratulations Yahoo...you've lost me this time.

  9. Facebook

    Put a link back directly to facebook on the product list to the left of the homepage as it use to be. If I wanted to follow Yahoo on Facebook I would do it myself but frankly I'm not interested in doing such. ADVERTISE<ADVERTISE<ADVERTISE is this all that matters in corporate greed.

  15. Your overzellous zeal in banning without warning and you not having any form of recourse to fight the suspentions I quit using yahoo

    Yahoo has the worst censors on the web and the worst service of any company I've attempted to deal with. I opened over 50 e-mail accounts to fill with spam only and will never use your pathetic service for anything ever again. You suspended me without warning over a comment I made on a religious forum and refused to hear my appeal. If this is how you treat long time patrons of your site then I want no further part of it. I have opened up accounts with MSN and have bid goodby to your **** site for good.

    No, it doesn't. It does exactly the opposite. Where are the science and technology articles? All I see is a load of **** that I am not interested in. Let me find what I like easily. CHANGE IT BACK!

    Goodbye yahoo. You used to be good but too many people who have to come up with a reason to have a job have screwed with you too much. I have changed my homepage and will begin migrating my email contacts to a different email server. when everyone has been notified I will be closing my account
