You can improve your elementary English.
In one clip about the 25 photos you write, quote; "that you were never 'suppose' to see. That's really bad and elementary. The word is in the past tense, therefore "supposed". Somebody should have caught that or better yet the writer needs to go back to grade 4 for a refresher course.

my sugestion is for you programers to get a life and leave things alone when there working get our emails back so we can download them
my idea is that you get rid of the idiot that came up with idea of preventing clients from downloading their emails to their PC's as soon as i can find another email serve I'm closing all my accounts and blocking yahoo from any access to them. I used to enjoy the videos that you put in my empty spam folder but now there is no way to turn the volume on.
Please put the little volume control back in the videos so that I can turn it up. It is not my computer's fault because the videos work fine that I get form cvc news and other parts of Yahoo. Thanks

Why is it literally IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve my account information?
Sure, it is my responsibility to update my alternate phone number and email. But life happens, and it's not updated. So instead of having a support team to help the 1000's of individuals in this SAME situation, you have NO option to support your customers. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS.
