I used to enjoy the videos that you put in my empty spam folder but now there is no way to turn the volume on.
Please put the little volume control back in the videos so that I can turn it up. It is not my computer's fault because the videos work fine that I get form cvc news and other parts of Yahoo. Thanks

I hate the overpowering advertisements. Why am I seeing articles, weather and more from Canada instead of Reno, NV or for the United States!

Why is it literally IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve my account information?
Sure, it is my responsibility to update my alternate phone number and email. But life happens, and it's not updated. So instead of having a support team to help the 1000's of individuals in this SAME situation, you have NO option to support your customers. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I've noticed a horrendous amount of negative feedback against ads of all kinds, especially fake news "sponsored ads" embedded in what is supposed to be a "News" page.
I've also noticed you are not listen you your reader by doing nothing to resolve their complaints.
Here's a solution - Make a note of the product being advertised, then make a vow never never to buy their products. Maybe over time these idiots will get the message, thru declining revenues, that advertising does not work.328th ranked
