Give me a break: when I travel and must use other computers away from my own for email, I am suddenly incommunicado because of your ridiculously inconvenient "security verification code" that requires confirmation from someone ELSE's computer or cell phone.

The Canadian Radio and Television Commission CRTC can be reached. Fill out a form on line and your complaint get registered.
Contact the CRTC to complain. By the time they reopen on Tuesday there should be hundreds of thousands of consumer complaints against Yahoo.

Fix the problem of trying to add an e-mail and password for a new e-mail address
I've added a new e-mail address and I cannot excess it and yahoo help is a joke and absolutely useless. It gives no clear way to change the password. Yahoo help is about as useful and trustworthy as paypal and that is a joke.
