    I need to speak with someone. My inbox was cleared out and I did not delete any of the emails. I was storing emails that were important to me and I don't understand why they were removed.

  4. How do I report suspicious emails from someone posing as Yahoo? Two 'Yahoo' email tell me to download a file or lose my account.

    Have a link on yahoo mail which will let me report a suspicious email, ie one pretending to be from Yahoo telling me to download a file or risk losing my email account.

  10. Ensure all links work

    I enjoy reading news pages and spend some time daily reading the Yahoo Canada current events and storys page. I'm shocked at how many links don't work, EVERYDAY I open an interesting headline and try to expand the story only to get a link that can't be loaded or a video that can't be viewed. With the size and views of Yahoo I'm surprised certain persons have kept their jobs, this is unacceptable.

    For example, in Current View, the daily change in the value of a stock portfolio (a simple addition) is erratic and often false..the value even changes before your very eyes (example: from +1 052.99 $ to + 48.00 $, then after 20 seconds or so back to the correct amount of +1 052.99 $). This can even happen when there is no trading going on!! What gives? Totally unacceptable.

  15. Fix the email issue that changed my account from .ca to .com!!!!

    Yahoo messed up and changed my email account from .ca to .com which in turn rendered my email address toast. I have not received any emails for at least 10 days and that is unacceptable!!

  18. make the video available ... it's stupid to create links to blank pages

    Hasn't any of the brain trust at Yahoo heard of travel? How about people living in 'other' countries?

    Why the ...k (sounds like truck) am I constantly being denied the video portion of a link when I click on something?

    The advertisement sound plays and sometimes the advertisement video too, but not the ********* video.

  19. On vacation from Canada to Mexico. Can't access my account because Yahoo wants to do security checkpoint by sending a code to my phone.

    I can't sign into my Yahoo account because it will ONLY let me if I type in a code that I will be sent to my cellphone......I am on vacation so I don't have my phone so I can't access my account. This is unfair and ridiculous.
