  1. Incorrect Phone Number

    I have been using Yahoo Mail forever, and never recalled entering a phone number. Never recalled activating Account Key! I had issues with my Mail.app on iPhone (which I use to access Yahoo Mail, and before that I always used username/password on Windows), and so I wanted to log in via browser. I then see that not only do I have to use Account Key (which I cannot, because I've never installed any Yahoo Apps), I also noticed that the recovery phone number was WRONG! I mean it's the right number, but WRONG COUNTRY CODE!

    Please put a program in place for repeated stories as I have seen at least 5 of the same stories when reading the news. This has been going on for toooooo long!!! Get some programmers that know what they are doing...

  6. Rogers Yahoo Mail not working on Chrome

    For months now, I have been unable to open Rogers Yahoo Mail in my Chrome browser. How can it not work on Chrome?!? My rogers.com email address has been the ONLY thing keeping me from leaving Rogers and now it's harder for me to use even this. Rogers, if you're out there, please fix this and COMMUNICATE with me. Otherwise, I'm off to gmail and a competitor home internet plan.

    The was a long time email address I communicate with, now when he sent email to me it showed the same address as before, but when you reply, it actually when to a different email address, is this because my yahoo account got hacked or the other side?

  17. Different approach to C18 and stop obnoxious content/ads!

    By removing Canadian news content you've filled the space with... what can I say... GARBAGE. I'm at the point where I'll put in the effort to find another browser and mail server. I shake my head at how terrible a once user friendly cutting edge company has devolved. Good Luck With That!

    The old system treated each email separately. Now it bunches replies with original. I am not able to find emails in this large combined set. How do I separate them the old, individual, way?
