  6. Please put a better filter on spam. I'm getting ten to twenty spam e-mails per day and many are from the same place.

    Please filter out e-mails that are addressed to my e-mail title. It is not my name, but I keep getting e-mails from people/sites that think my e-mail is my name. These are all spam and need to be blocked.

    I have noticed sometimes Yahoo does not detect my device's language and incorrectly displays the privacy agreement in a different language that I don't understand.

  12. I am not receiving emails in my account that I know have been sent to me. I'll be moving to a reliable service.

    I am not receiving emails in my account that have been sent, or they take hours or days to arrive. If this is some ploy to force me to pay for YMail +, I'll find another provider. I have no intention to remain with an unreliable service provider.

  13. I am REALLY SICK AND TIRED of email places like Yahoo who INSISTS on doing various types of verification on my getting to MY emails.

    I am SO sick of having to do multi tasks to get access to internet sites or emails. I DON'T ASK FOR IT SO WHY FORCE IT ON ME!!!!
    Why not, when someone signs up for an email address - ASK THEM WHAT LEVEL OF SECURITY THEY WANT!
    Some may want all these verfications because they have sensitive emails, etc., while others (like myself) DON'T CARE if a hacker gets in to read them. It's just an email to say "Hi" etc. It is SO Annoying to have to do these codes etc (has anyone ever deleted or changed their…

  14. Incorrect Phone Number

    I have been using Yahoo Mail forever, and never recalled entering a phone number. Never recalled activating Account Key! I had issues with my Mail.app on iPhone (which I use to access Yahoo Mail, and before that I always used username/password on Windows), and so I wanted to log in via browser. I then see that not only do I have to use Account Key (which I cannot, because I've never installed any Yahoo Apps), I also noticed that the recovery phone number was WRONG! I mean it's the right number, but WRONG COUNTRY CODE!

  19. Rogers Yahoo Mail not working on Chrome

    For months now, I have been unable to open Rogers Yahoo Mail in my Chrome browser. How can it not work on Chrome?!? My rogers.com email address has been the ONLY thing keeping me from leaving Rogers and now it's harder for me to use even this. Rogers, if you're out there, please fix this and COMMUNICATE with me. Otherwise, I'm off to gmail and a competitor home internet plan.
