  2. Yahoo's Spamguard

    Yahoo's Spamguard automatically stuffs suspected spam emails in my spam folder without allowing my personal "filters" to act on those emails.
    I am tired of having to scan through 100 emails in my spam folder to make sure Spamguard hasn't included a valid email. I am an electronic technologist and I fix software, Please don't submit some lame excuse or assume I don't understand Yahoo mail features. Just fix this or I will simply use a non-yahoo email account,

  3. PLEASE get ridd of the STUPID SEARCH WINDOW I dont need to see it when I an reading the NEWS....

    When I open Yahoo I get a notice from Firefox to ALLOW redirect to another site and all it does is lock the STUPID SEARCH WINDOW onto my screen. I don't want to search while reading the story on Home Page.
    YAHOO you SUCK, why don't you ever LISTEN to those that are KEEPING YOU ONLINE ? ?

  4. Normaly I was going to yahoo.com. You change it to ca.yahoo.com and it is no more possible to log on usa site. I am not interested in canad

    You change automatically to ca.yahoo.com with stuffs from canada. It is no more possible to have news from USA. Why don't you let the choice of the news as before ?

    If this is the way you want it, I will simply trash Yahoo.

  5. Yahoo!'s Feedback and Help options are a PR disaster

    I tried to inquire about a problem with Yahoo! but I had the hardest time finding a place on their website to ask questions. It doesn't seem that Yahoo! responds to this public forum, and I really wanted an answer, so I tried to find another way of reporting a problem and asking for help. I looked through the maze of canned answers in the help section but couldn't find my problem listed there. There is a "Contact" link on the help page but this is misleading since it takes you through the same sections and subsections of the Help…

  7. The ability to create a Yahoo account without a phone number

    I would really like to register to use Flickr. I can't do that without a mobile phone, not everyone has mobile phones!
    Or even better make Flickr useable to sign in with Facebook or with a Google account!

  11. false yahoo home page "s.ying.com" hacks emails and even copying correct yahoo address with the backslash after .com results in false page

    help customers get rid of false yahoo home page s.ying.com which defies all your suggestions to stop being directed to site which mimics yahoo and hacks your email. As usual your terrible customer service means I'll be deleting anything to do with yahoo after 12 years with this company. The email below has been hacked but since I doubt this help site is legitimate here it is.

    Yahoo....We go back a long time. And I have to tell you, you are sinking to new lows, lately. The articles written by Yahoo reporters are amateurish at best. You keep re-posting months old stories like they are today's news. The bright red, barred lines, of breaking news have got to go. Here's the thing in a nutshell.     Frankly I think it is appalling that you have "new" stories where the links require you to subscribe - aka the Globe and Mail
    Stop showing stories if you never intend to put out. Really a tease is a tease and poor form at any level.
