  4. Been using Mail for over 15 years. Ads were getting more and more present. Now anti-aging creams on top of folders? Really?

    The ads on the side are annoying enough as it is, but having sponsored SPAM on top of the mail folders is pushing it. Everyone is looking for money, but if you lose your most loyal users, sposors will disappear by themselves...

    AD SPAM. This stuff is ridiculously annoying. Placing at the top of incoming email is subliminal trickery. They need to go or you will go.

  7. Please get rid of the spam email I cannot delete at the the top of my mail. I will never, ever buy any of these products because of this.

  12. I am totally done with yahoo mail! After years of using it, I just made a Gmail account. How dare they inject their invasive ads in my mail

    Done, done, done...after years and years of using Yahoo mail. I cannot believe the nerve of them...injecting my mail with their invasive ads and not letting me have the option of deleting them! I just made a Gmail account and I will not use Yahoo anymore.

    In the last few years, I have had trouble with it closing down on me, freezing up and at times it takes forever to open. Now this!!!! I hope everyone else does the same thing and their ****** advertising idea goes up in smoke!

    Way to go Yahoo...emails are supposed to be private, not…

  15. Our experience with yahoo mail is one of extreme frustration

    Our experience with yahoo mail since the interface change in the fall 2013 is one of extreme frustration every single time we use it - we find it unusable and spend so much time trying to find how to do the simplest things. Is it just us? We are ready to move off of yahoo mail. We don't understand why it remains in such an unusable state. I hope someone responds - the last time no one did.

  19. How you can improve?

    Get the ads out of my email feed. Let me look at Yahoo's US page without forcing me to stay on Yahoo's Canada page. Give us a chance to actually contact a person or entity when searching for help in Yahoo mail. I'm ready to kill my email account that I've had for 17 years because I'm so fed up I can hardly stand it.
