  2. Change back, please

    Should rethink the home page change, this is difficult to follow and find interesting articles. Initially the page looks appealing but soon find it to be inefficient. If it stays as it is I and by the look of comments others will spend less time on the home page. Change for the sake of change is not always good.

  7. Stop treating your customers / viewers as idiots.

    If you have a video to show...then show it. If you must have an announcer / narrator, at least have a responsible, somewhat professional one. Stop insulting us with those highly irritating, attention seeking, comic wannabes. I now stop watching a video as soon as the likes of Theo Von and other annoying fools come on screen and kick into the idiot routine (maybe it's not a routine).   18. Can you get rid of the background colour in the email, its hard to tell when I have a new email.

    The background colour in the email is awful. I like the email format the way it used to be, I don't like this thing showing me what I have sent. The way it was back in October was much better. If it wasn't for the fact I have to move all my contacts I'd change to a different email provider
