  1. how about fixing the my email ...every time i open an email i have to reenter my name and password to access the next email..?

    change my email back so I don't have to reenter my name and password every time I open a new email

  2. i have been complaining for a week that when I am reading an article in the scroll down front page news section I have to x out completely

    then sign back in again to scroll down ti read another news article. Please get this fixed or I will be leaving Yahoo. One po'd customer

  4. Email not working

    I've been receiving emails from a yahoo.com address. When I reply, I receive a delivery failure notice telling me that person has no account on Yahoo.com. I think fixing such a basic glitch as people being able to send emails without issue would be a huge improvement.

  6. I agree with others that the new format is far too much to scroll through.

    Offer more new groupings to selection from other than News, Sports, Entertainment and Finance. I need to have two more at least: Canada and The World. Then, the new format would be tolerable. Right now, I'm seeking a new Home Page 'cause this is very frustrating.

  11. Awful site

    Too many graphics, too long. What happened to simple and clear? I used to have Yahoo as my homepage, I have now removed it. You messed up the e-mail and now the log-in page. I'm strongly considering changing e- mail providers so I never have to visit this site again.

  14. This new home page is TERRIBLE!!!

    What were you thinking to reconfigure a perferctly well-working, easily navigatable site into this cobbled mess? CANOE did the same thing a while back and I abandoned that. Please revert to the old layout and it would also be much appreciated if you would not use BLUE lettering for headlines overtop of a photo or black background......ya can't read it!

    We used to be able to choose which items were shown on the home page and it what order - if you aren't going to change it back at least make it customizable like it was before please (the news feed, etc.)

  16. I just swtiched to Mail.com. Sorry Yahoo.ca you lost me with your new cluttered style.

    The amount of useless information on the new page made it too cumbersome. I don't have time to scroll through all the information searching for the little bit that interests me. It's overwhelming. Please bring back your concise Yahoo.ca. Although it's too late...you lost me, a long time devotee. Hello Mail.com.

    consider usability testing. your gouping system does not work and impact the ability to respond to original senders if you have forwarded.
