  5. Please bring back the older emojis. The new ones are not clear and the Plbbt (>:P) one is missing.

    I don't like having to do the extra click to sign out of my mail page.

    I really hate the new emoji selection. They are not clear and some are no longer available; for example, the Plbbt (>:P).

    I also don't like having the calendar open in a separate page.

  6. Remove links on the side of your website. White space shouldn't be clickable. Not user friendly.

    The white space on the side of your webpages are currently back and forward links. This is extremely annoying and I am willing to bet other users find the same. When you want to deselect something or make sure the browser is in focus apart from other programs, it takes you back or forward when you click the white space. In my opinion, this is not very user friendly. It's super annoying, so annoying that I took time out of my day to write this.

  11. "Cheryl Hickey parting ways" and similar stories are a scam

    There's a new skincare scam that you're supporting by running these ads as news. Typically the ad is masked as a story about a famous news/entertainment figure who has left their show, and you need to click on the link to find out why. When you do, you learn that it was to promote their skincare line. Then you are offered a free sample. it's not free. You get charged for it - $300+ - every month. The fine print saying you agree to sign up does not exist, and there is no way to contact the company.

  14. You folks are detestable. You give people no way of contacting you when you’ve let others hack their accounts. Do you call this responsible

    Actually have some form of user support, rather than letting people vent to the vapournet. So the simple improvement? Give users a contact who can then at least say “*********” and then we will know what you’re really like, corporate responsibility-wise.
