    It has been around a month since I signed into my accounts on Yahoo. Now I am being asked to verify the accounts via an email address I can no longer access
    There is no option to change the address either.
    How am I supposed to sign in?

  8. Tell me what cookies Yahoo needs to see to stop needing extra validation on sign on

    I clear cookies. I don't have a cell phone. Borrowed my sister's number as yahoo insisted I enter one. Yahoo has just started making me go through a verification process before I can sign in. I have to phone my sister to get the code! Accept landline numbers (in UK any text is auto translated to speech) or please say what cookies I need to store to stop this happening.

  13. Why do I get UK news when I live in the US??

    I live in the United States (US). My home page has changed to United Kingdom (UKI). The news feeds means nothing to me. It is so irritating I might have to change my home page from yahoo to something else. Just seems like the last year or so things are screwy with yahoo. my husbands home page go's to Spanish. Heck if either one of us can read that.

  14. Reviewing recovery details

    I've been having this problem with my Yahoo Mail for a 'couple of years' now and I cannot get it resolved.

    My Yahoo mail keeps asking me, every few weeks, to confirm that my recovery contact details (for both my phone number and email address) are correct. EVERYTIME I confirm that they are correct, by pressing 'Looks Good'. EVERYTIME I do this, it just ignores my confirmations and its currently stating that its over a year since I confirmed that these details are correct. I've confirmed these details many, many, many times. What can I do to resolve this?

  17. What is going on with contacts? Very often my contacts are not available and I have to enter email addresses manually.

    I am trying to send an email and I get a message that says "contacts not available". This happens a lot. It has been going on for several months now. I assumed it was a temporary fault but it's still happening.
    By the way, when this happens, the search function also does not work, so I can't search for an email from that individual in order to find their email address.

    Stop the AI working on my account, please I like f1 but 70/80 percent of the content is now F1, which I do not like. If I want a specific content I will search for it.

    I had my main account that i use pretty much a lot, and today my password got changed, same as the phone number, can someone help me to get my account back, its hermanmihai16@yahoo.com, its linked with this one and another account i have that is pretty much the same, this is the first time this happened to me and i need this account
