    I reside here in the Philippines and I can not visit ph.yahoo.com on all 3 desktop browsers namely Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I am currently on Windows Vista Service Pack 2 with updates installed up to date.

  15. I just need to be able to set up my Flickr account!! this is so frustrating!

    I have set up an account multiple times, and after submitting to the system, it says that I can't be logged in!

    And yet, when I use the feature as resetting password, it allows me to, and leads me through the process of resetting. And after it's done -- the cycle repeats!! (I can't login again)

    It is so frustrating! Can't it just simply work?
