  2. Please fix the "yahoo help specialist" redirect

    I was trying to fix the messages that bounced after I accidentally clicked spam by mistake. Now my messages cannot receive, and now I need to contact Yahoo Help Specialist, but the problem is that the page keep redirecting back to page 1. Can somebody please help, now???

  8. Charge money to help recover lost email password

    I have a free Yahoo mail account (but it's very important to me). I accidentally lost it's password, and also the password of the recovery email. I still have mobile number associated with the Yahoo mail address, but I cannot recover it via email. I stay in Singapore and I am surprise that there is no way to ask in person to support for this matter. I am ready to pay for the assistance.

    It is strange. I connect internet by using mobile phone on USB.
    if i login yahoo email at home, i can't and i have to wait an hour. but if i connect internet outside home by using same mobile then it doesn't have any problem on it.

    After marking as not spam and adding to contacts, mails keep going into spam folder, this is a nuissance.
