Remedy for being locked out
Please make the "secret questions" method for accessing a locked-out account available to ALL Yahoo accounts -- not merely some. On my current trip to Istanbul from the U.S., I was initially locked out of my four Yahoo accounts. One account eventually allowed access by answerıng two secret questions. The other three accounts continue denying access by cross-referencing to each other . . . and by NOT asking the secret questions attached to those accounts. Talk about a "Catch 22." Any help overcoming this problem will be greatly appreciated. Muchas gracias.

On March 4, 2017, 16 draft files disappeared. I requested restoration of lost e-mails, but the drafts did not return. Can anyone help?
On March 4, 2017, 16 draft files suddenly and unexpectedly disappeared from my drafts folder. I requested restoration of lost e-mails, and several intentionally deleted e-mails reappeared in my trash folder, but the drafts did not return, and I need them. Can anyone help?

How about investing in a dictionary? I have to go to other search engines to spell words because Yahoo Mail is borderline illiterate.
Buy a dictionary. Yahoo Mail doesn't have a very large vocabulary. Why have spell check if it doesn't know how to spell the words?

Mail filters would be nice!
Your help section says to just go to Mail Settings and there the filters will be. Well...I've just tried out Basic Mail, New, and the mobile sites. Not only is there no Settings link (it's called Options, now), but apparently there's no filter function. I'm suddenly getting loads of Spam in my inbox and having filters back would be nice! Or at least update the help section!

My account has been changed by yahoo to a new name and I would like for yahoo to help me log back into my origional account.

Include more options when completing the Restore Request (i.e. "Saved Draft Missing")
Include more options in Yahoo dropdown list for us to check when completing the Email Restore Request (i.e. "Previously Saved Draft Missing"). If this is not implemented, how does Yahoo tech know the issue relates to a missing "PREVIOUSLY SAVED" DRAFT? Also, Yahoo needs to clarify what their definition of an email is (i.e. does it Include "draft"?)
