  1. make "go to old version" permanent

    Clicking on "go to old version" should be permanent, not something that has to be redone EVERY time I log in. Seriously, are you TRYING to lose customers by making things clunky and an assault on the senses?

  4. Yahoo ruined the basic mail. Just can't keep well enough alone, right? Who is the "master mind" behind this? Egad.

    The best way to solve the problem is change it back the way it was. There was nothing wrong with it before. I have had the basic mail for about 20 years now. This really hurts. jrm713@yahoo.com

  5. STOP forcing the new email interface on users who HATE IT!

    Why are you forcing the new email format on us? STOP IT!!! I can't make it stay in the classic interface. This is NOT useful, and is LOUSY customer service. At least let users select which interface they want and then KEEP IT ON THAT CHOICE, having to select old version every time I log in is a pain.

  12. I wish Yahoo would stop being political and putting White House emails in spam when you can easilty unsubscribe

    Yahoo continues to put White House emails in my spam folder , even when I check not spam. It is very easy to unsubscribe if any one wanted to, but let me decide, not Democrat favoring Yahoo.

  13. Stop being dictatorial towards account holders don't deny their privileges or phase out accounts.

    change your policy about naggingly requesting sign-ins as it disrupts the momentum of account holders' smooth operations in how they use email. Let them have access to their passwords without the usual harangue.
    Its a consternation and frustrating.Recently I was pulling hairs trying to open my email as Yahoo kept putting obstacles in front of me-For what purpose ?Its baffling and ludicrous !!!!

    Like most people I talk to, I am using other email servers. This phone thing drives me crazy. You will learn after you lose your advertising revenue and no one uses it any longer.
