  3. Are you nuts with that new captcha and or audio??? Try using a "normal" captcha

    I have never seen such a ridiculous captcha to sign into any site. I have had it with yahoo mail...

  8. Authentication (LOGOUT) problem persists

    The LOGOUT function has TIMED OUT for at least two days running.
    Is anyone monitoring these servers? Guess I'll have to delete my cookies or find another unfriendly workaround.

    BTW if there an actual PROBLEM REPORTING FORM please make it more prominent - this is OUT OF THE RANGE of community support.

    Or this the new Verizon standard?

    I changed the password and deleted that mail from the inbox.It came back when I tested the password.I repeated the process twice the same way.This stopped happening on the fourth test.It clearly showed no mail and nothing in the trash section.I will try again again and see what happen's....

  13. Entered YID should match with signed in YID. And I am losing my e-mails progressively, it seems. Thank you Yahoo.

    I am progressively losing my e-mails in my inbox, while my outbox dates back to 2009. I have no idea what is doing this, but I am forced to change to another e-mail service provider given how critical this error is. There is simply no excuse for this.

  14. I don't have any suggestions, but I think some hackers got my yahoo key code somehow, because I see a little red dot sometimes at top email.

    I also got a message text on my cell phone that my yahoo key code was changed, I did not change it, so don't you have to request the change?

  17. Whyi s my email address shohwing on the screen when I enter yahoo mail? whyd o I have to add an account to use a different account?

    I recently changed the password on my email account. I never keep my self signed in, yet when I open the email tab on Yahoo it opens to this one account that I can click on or add a new account. I prefer the old screen where I have to enter the address then password. How can I go back to that screen and get rid of what I feel is a breech on my privacy?
