WHAT IS IT WITH YAHOO THAT THEY ARE TO **** STINGY TO OFFER REAL LIVE TECH HELP. THEY GOT HACKED AGAIN IN DEC. TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS I CANNOT LOG INTO AND HAVE WASTED A FEW DAYS AND HOURS FOLLOWING THEY LOUSY INSTRUCTIONS OVER AND OVER WITH NO RESULTS. I have a premium account with Yahoo. I travel to Thailand 3 times per year. On every trip I am required to confirm by getting an email at AOL. Now AOL is doing the same thing. I spend over 13 weeks per year in Thailand and cannot login.

You have turned the finest Email site into GARBAGE! I have had a yahoo account for 20+ years and I'm ready to dump it for Gmail. It operates so slowly I literally have to wait 30 seconds+ for it to respond to my keystrokes while it tries to load some "******** Ad".
I know I'm only one of your "millions of customers" and you probably don't care if I leave, but I don't have any problems with Gmail or Comcast mail, so you lose. I don't have to pay for ads on the other sites for fast service.

Now I really am going to find another email system. This is worthless. You can't do anything with this junk like you could with the old system. It's a real shame because I've had yahoo mail for a really long time. I'll take all of my emails somewhere else. I'm tired of fighting this. This "new" system is a BIG step backwards.
