  6. 2nd verification step working for phone (Android version ) but not for main website

    When I change my password and sign back in to Yahoo....my phone version (Android) asks for 2nd verification ( which I signed up for ) and a verfication code is texted to my phone. This is supposed to happen when I sign back in ON THE MAIN WEBSITE BUT IT DOES NOT... i GET NO MESSAGE ASKING FOR 2ND VERIFICATION CODED TO BE SENT TO MY PHONE....PLEASE FIX....THIS IS MAJOR.... I HAVE "BASIC " SETTINGS ON MY MAIN WEBSITE VERSION, BUT THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO MATTER TO YAHOO SINCE YAHOO DOESN'T "HONOR" OR HOLD THE BASIC SETTINGS ANYWAY....WHICH IS ANOTHER…

  10. Seems like latley Mail crashes and won't open a lot. Maybe I should switch to g-mail

    Get off your dead *** and fix the problems with mail not opening and not responding. Maybe I should switch everything to gmail as people I know that have it say they don't have this problem

  15. Everytime I log in, it asks for recovery email address even though I already set one

    Everytime I log into my email account, it asks me for a recovery email address even though I already set one and asks me for a mobile phone number. I put in a phone number, and of course, it still asks me for a recovery email address and phone number. It used to do it occasionally, but now it's every time. If it keeps this up, it will be the last straw, and I'll give up yahoo!

  16. I started having trouble signing into my Yahoo on my I phone in January sometime. It just stopped working. I finally deleted that app and

    I have had trouble with my yahoo account n my I phone since mid January. I finally deleted it and added the new account for my phone. All was ok, but now I cannot get into yahoo on my desk top without a code being texed to me each time. My phone app no longer works either. If you guys are changing thing we should be alerted. So, WHAT IS GOING ON?????

Intermingling these things...account and e-mail...and do it so badly, is a FAIL! Please, Yahoo!, stop monkeying with things. Go back on all counts to what worked. Respect my privacy instead of demanding access to all sorts of things so you get to be the privileged gatekeeper...especially after publishing and compromising so much of our personal data already.   19. How can I verify my account when I have to enter the code BEFORE I can enter my email, where you send it?

    Is there anything more stupid than expecting me to provide a code sent to my email when, to get into my email, I have to enter the code, but I am not in my email because to be in my email I have to have the code.

    Any wonder why the email isn't "verified?" Any wonder why you were the biggest hack in history?
