The help site including: phone support, email support and chat support should be for all regions, not seperate for the US and Canada
I called into support and the agent told me that I needed to contact the Canadian site only and I find this ridiculous because I am contacting the company which is based in the US so it should be able to help people from all around the world. It should be a single support system instead of having seperate country support. The canadian support is also terrible compared to the US as we dont get phone or chat support only email and they take way longer to respond to emails then the US side does. Seems like the company cares much more about US customers over other countries
