Please fix your billing system.
I maintain several email pro accounts for different purposes. All of them are paid via the same credit card I use for all of my recurring charges.
Except, that is, my newest one. For some reason I cannot fathom, the billing system will not accept that card number. Every time I get a very poor error message that just says the transaction "failed". No error number, no additional information, not even a "try later".
And, your Help staff are not very helpful. Since July, I have been instructed to reboot my machine, clear cookies and cache, reboot again, install different browsers, take screen shots, send emails, answer emails, chat with people and a host of other things, all to no avail.
How in the world can you bill my credit for a variety of Monthly and Annual fees successfully, but then fail to set up another fee on the same card? It makes no sense.
