Download my Data doesn't
I request to download my data, I get status that this is being processed, i get email telling me it is being processed and will notify when ready. Then, less than an hour later I get another email telling me the data download is cancelled. Why? No reason or explanation given. Try again to initiate a Data Download, same result. And a 3rd time, fails again. Why?? It would be nice to know the reason for the download being cancelled. Is this a temporary glitch or a permanent fail, should I try again in a little while or is it never going to happen? I asked for "All" my Data, is one item not available and causing the whole thing to crash? Help system totally useless. No Topic or Option available for this issue. Chat Assistant useless in this case, doesn't recognise any combination of the Keywords "Data" and "Download". Is it too much to ask that if the download is cancelled then a reason or explanation could be given.
