subscription cancellation issues
I cancelled my subscription for the System Mechanic by phone in June 2022 when I called about the cancellation of Norton which was cancelled the previous month and I was still getting billed for it. I told them at that time due to the billing issues I was experiencing, I just cancel them all. So then I was billed again for the System Mechanic directly from my account which I told them not to bill from again. I went in and manually cancelled my account when I saw the transaction on my bank account, Now I want the money I was charged put back In my account by Friday at the latest. I will not be using any of your services and I will be telling my friends to stay away as you have a tendency to bill for services whether they or cancelled or not. I am on disability and every dollar counts, I told the man I talked to that I did not need it anymore so I scheduled the money for something else. I will report it to my bank who will take action if it is not resolved. Capital One has a large following and I don't think Yahoo needs a bad rep.
