My emails won't load. The ones I have saved won't load. Keeps saying "retry. but I still can't open them. This is making me very upset!!

Emails I have saved won't load. Keeps saying "retry", but they still won't open. What is going on here? Yahoo has definitely gone downhill messing with peoples' emails!! I saved them for a reason and now, I have lost important information. Please fix this!!!!

    Please fix this problem immediately!! I need my saved/starred emails because they contain information I need. Very upset about this!! They won't load or open and the info I need is not available. Why would Yahoo mess with MY emails that I saved for a reason.
