Contact a Yahoo Specialist not working

I attempted to access Help Centre to lodge a feedback but after i chose "contact a yahoo specialist", the option redirects back to the first page. Please anyone fix this!

    "contact a yahoo specialist" still redirect...

    It is already almost a year, and still this one has not yet fixed. Can you do something about it?

    Its two months i need to check progress.

    The feedback channel is important but still as of now the redirect is still there. Hopefully can fix that asap.
