Widen your scope of help on your 1 800 number
I haven't been able to use the comment section at the end of the articles for about a month. I have tried every single 'help' suggestion and even bought a new computer...nothing worked. Then when I told her I had tried everything she told me my problem was 'out of her scope' and referred me to this specific site which is bogus because I see that no one will monitor it "for any support-related issues" and refers me back to the help site which was not helpful. Thanks a lot and I'll spread the news on how wonderfully helpful you are.
