Help Site is Horrible
I need access to my old account, but I am past the 30-day limit. However, I am also unable to reach out to actual support, and the bot runs in circles with unhelpful information. All I wanted was to speak with a person so I could potentially access my recovery account for my old social media page. A straight answer would be nice, but the bot is so bad at its job that all it keeps doing is asking for clarification without offering any support. No wonder people don't use Yahoo anymore! Not only can you lose access to your account, but there is absolutely no one to speak with if you potentially need help!
