I just became a senior and applied for my senior card. I have a balance on my regular card of $94 which is substantial. your system does not let them transfer my balance to a senior card so i have to continue paying 3 fare when i qualify for senior rate. you also do not issue refunds. Its my funds, my account, I'm suggesting you make a change regarding this. I retired with out funds and every penny counts. Full fare verses half fair makes a difference.
