It almost seems like the moderators are actually intent on sabotaging the platform instead of allowing conversations to flow they "review" comments so long that the thread goes stale

EVERY comment I make is rejected.
Why is that?

The latest comment rejected was:

Is yahoo that void of competent moderators that you have to reject anything they can't comprehend?
Or is this just yahoo's way of manipulating the conversations?

Does ANY of the yahoo moderators do ANYTHING other than automatically reject comments without cause or reason?

Or is their reason just to manipulate conversations?

Please point out the violation in my comment that caused yahoo to censor my opinion in the following comment

Is the problem because your 'moderators' arrive to work in clown cars?

Yahoo 'moderators' reject comments in bulk because they are getting paid anyway and actually moderating cuts into their video game playing time

Yahoo censoring comment has gone insane. I posted "Yahoo is great" and got a message "failed to publish" anything I post gets this message, and I never posted anything that was not true or threatening or racist or any other restricted topic.

Rejecting the word "Nazi" in a comment on an article that has the same word in it's headline is truly amazing

This has been happening to me for the past week. Unable to post anything. I've never posted a 'bad' word, nor have I ever been sanctioned. Makes no sense to stop me from participating. There's a bug somewhere, and it needs to be fixed.

Both sides need to be heard. Conservative positions need to be heard as well. Advocating for reforms and rejecting progressive dogma should not be cause for censoring.

Openweb claims to be getting rid of toxic commentary but what they really do is filter for content. Just this morning I had a comment published and then rejected (probably because someone didn't like the position I took).

You really need police for the police. This is happening over and over again and much destroys trust in the public dialog.

At a bare minimum publish (and stick to) clear rules of what is in or what is out. The use of the words matters in context but they stop comments because they contain certain words even when those words were in the article or someone else's comment.

Social media is going to find themselves under more scrutiny over the next couple of years and I look forward to lobbying my congressman to hold your comment rejections up to the light of day. I and my friends are keeping records. Your conduct in this space matters.

I wouldn't call it an 'idea', but, it would be nice to be able to interact with other posts and be able to comment on articles. I tried to post one about my mother dying from Cancer and it got rejected immediately. That really hurts and it is not nice at all. Why would you do that? It happens constantly, with anything I try to post. Some comments are accepted, yes, but the majority, no. I don't use swear words or anything else. In my post about my mothers painful and horrible death, I did mention 'Opiates', since that is what helped her deal with the pain. I think it is the word 'opiate' that bothers you at Yahoo for some reason. Why is that? Is it because it was the republicans who made those opiate medications almost impossible to be prescribed any more, for those who are in pain and dying? The Right Wing bias is palpable here at Yahoo any more and it is sad. Thanks for letting me vent. Have a splendid day.
