Although video ads are muted and show up with the x over the volume within the ad itself, they are blaring loudly. Please fix.
Please fix your video ads. I see I'm not the only user with this issue. All settings, including the volume indicator on the ad itself show that they are muted, but nonetheless they blare loudly. Yahoo had been integrated into my workflow at work, but now I can't use it at work at all, which is about 5 daily hours of use that you're missing out on. I also don't use it at home as frequently anymore just because sudden blaring ads are anger inducing, especially when we've done everything we can to disable it.

weather on yahoo homepage
I've used yahoo for my homepage for years. Lately, my current location for weather shows as Pretty Prairie, KS (my location is Everett, WA). I can find NO way to fix this. Your instructions for correcting don't work, with steps such as "Click the Add this location icon Image of the add location icon. to save". This step does not appear and so can not save. Every time I open my homepage, Pretty Prairie, KS appears as my location. NO way to SAVE my correct location

Weather
Yahoo weather shows conflicting forecasts - 53% chance of rain but the details shows 68%. My wife's computer for the same city shows 20% chance of rain, but her detail shows 79%. Which of those 4 numbers should I use??????

I hate all the sports reporting. I try to delete the articles and remove the publications but they always come back. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be an easy way to report spelling errors
I suggest a simple form that includes URL and two additional fields. The first field would be for the incorrect phrase and the second would be for the correct phrase. Example -- "6 countries in Arizona" should be "6 counties in Arizona."

Put back Enter/Esc expanding/collapsing an image in image search (without having to use the mouse).

I have the stay signed in box checked but I seem to have to sign in every single time I open my browser which is getting really annoying. Also what the heck happened to yahoo in general? it looks awful.

pages not responding
Using Microsoft Edge. If I open articles on multiple pages (right-click on a link and select open in a new tab), I usually get the message when scrolling through a page: THESE PAGES AREN`T SYNCHRONIZING: S.YIMG.COM, tab page title. Along with WAIT or EXIT PAGES options. It doesn't matter which option I select. All the other web pages end up being blank pages and I have to refresh them. They don't always load or load slowly. It's faster either to close them and reopen them. Also, if I have 4 or more pages open, Edge locks up and either has…

Add / connect yahoo email account to current yahoo email account
I am trying to add / connect another yahoo email account to my primary account, but I keep getting the "Uh oh Looks like something went wrong Please try again later." error message. I've done it before, so I am not sure what is going on. Can someone help?

Stop Auto Switching to Different Articles
Please disable the feature that auto switches to another article.
I am reading an article, and it will automatically jump to another article.
And because the article is loaded through Ajax, I can't click the back button.

needs fixing...problem getting more prevalent
having frequent trouble with stories/articles accessed from the home page that require CLICKING ON THE "NEXT" BUTTON in order to advance page by page..... many article are allowing only the first page to advance.... successive clicks of the NEXT button to see more pages of the article DOES NOT WORK !!!

Every time I open my computer for the day, I'm required to sign in?? That should not be required on my computer. All other sites memorize my sign-in information.

FIX YOUR COMMENT CENSOR ALGORITHM
Whatever bots you use to censor comments are broken. I've been trying to post a benign comment that doesn't attack anyone, doesn't use any profanity, and doesn't use any of the other stupid words you Yahoos have deigned to censor (because you're retards, one of the words you censor). Yet you will not post it, you keep deleting the comment. It is incredibly frustrating and one of the reasons why I'm about to drop Yahoo and never visit your sites again.
