links to articles
Why have links to articles that require a subscription to the publisher to read the full article?
I mean for example have to subscribe to the financial times so we can read the rest of the article.
We don't all read the FT or have the means to pay a subscription.
Either show the full article or not at all.
And why do I have sign in when I AM ALREADY SIGNED IN?307th ranked -
Stop using different colors when annotating news stories
The Yahoo News Tiles contain annotations with sections displayed in a different color. Some people cannot see all colors the same and having sentences with sections displayed in different colors makes them very difficult to read. One color (white) will solve this issue.

Enough with the "Celebrity" Obsession
Every single day it's nothing but article after article of "celebrities" in their **** bathing suits or underwear on vacation somewhere the average American can never go. Lately it's the over 50 crowd, Hurley, Crawford, Klum, Shields, et.al. Can't you do any better than this? It's gotten monotonous and rather sickening. Maybe start a browser for the brainless idiots who get off on this bs.

UK News
I live in America. At least half the time I click on an interesting article only to find its about someone or something in the UK which has absolutely no bearing to us in America. If you need to include articles like that you should have "sections"....UK section, World section, etc. So we can pick and choose the type of articles we want to read.

Stop using headlines intentionally designed to DIVIDE people & stir controversy
A big criticism of the "Media Congomerates" who control information is that they intentionally divide people. An example is your plastering all over the headlines on the front page the comments from a 1980's president about an African delegation. Really!?? Who is responsible for allowing such TRIPE to be presented? I'm beginning to migrate AWAY from YAHOO and other platforms who's apparent goal is to divide people stir up FEAR, ANGER, CONTENTION, WORRY and low vibration energy. Employees at Yahoo and users who find this resonates...Please EXIT the building.....

If you are REALLY listening then listen to this. Stop the tabloid, grocery store dumbing down anti-Trump stories. Post positive.
In the past, I relied on Yahoo news for positive news. Now I feel like I am at the grocery store looking at the Enquirer or other junk mags that post celebrity news. Your news is dumbing down American with it's biased, negative news. I challenge you to post something positive about Trump. I challenge you to not post anything about what the latest celebrity or SNL thinks about the current admin. WE DON'T CARE what they think. They get paid to - now think about this - they get paid to play fictional characters. Hello. Their opinion really doesn't…

Why are Comments disabled on some news articles, but not on others.
Comment sections are disabled on some news articles, but not on others? Is this Yahoo bias? It does seem so.

I want to have the sports stories that constantly show up on my pages to go away. I used to be able to click on a yes/no option, but that option has disappeared. I do not care about sports stories. I want to remove them from my news pages.
