Yahoo game pages wastes a lot of space which leads to than ideal presentation of game information. Sure you've made every module really big with big headers but that doesn't make up for the annoying amount of scrolling you force users to do.

Yahoo needs to allow users to customize of how game pages are displayed or create a couple of templates for tab order &/or game page layouts

When I switch between MLB games on the Yahoo Sports MLB site, I'm viewing game pages primarly for two reasons:
1. Quickly glancing box scores is my number one reason to visit the game pages; I want this at the top of the page so I don't have to scroll at all
2. Review play-by-play of a game/ look at the pitch tracker during at bats; I don't mind scrolling a little to get this info

The game tab does indeed have this info and is the landing page for each game, but because there's so much wasted space at the top of the page, users are forced to do a lot of scrolling to get the information. In my case, when I'm looking for the box score I have to scroll a ton more than half way down the page.

The top module that has the current at-bat and recent plays is actually compact and is well done, (though, the pitch tracker NEEDS to include a homeplate under the strike zone or a batter sillouette so the user can determine what perspective the strike zone is being view from -catcher's view or pitcher's view---ALSO show the handedness of the batter, you already show handedness of the pitcher in the pitch tracker).
But couldn't his module be pushed higher by shrinking the overly large score banner that has very little information in it. That is wasted space for something that hosts such little information.
Also the Inning by inning score ribbon that currently lies beneath the current at-bat pitch tracker should be made a collapsable item and placed in or with the afore mentioned overly large score banner at the top of the page.

The next module the Plays module is something I use quite a bit but can't this also be made collapsable and can't it also be placed on the right margin of the page so it can be placed higher up.

Then the box score. Need lots of scrolling to get to this I would just like to have this occupy it's own tab but also beable to designate that box score tab as my default landing page or page view when I visit a game match up.

As is I find the yahoo experience unsable and so I visit other scoreboards who give my the info I want much quicker.

Also I should mention, It takes seemingly forever to switch between games too because after scrolling down to see a box score, guess what the user has to do to change to another game page? The user has to scroll back up to the top of the page to access the other games. The schedule of other current or upcoming games needs to be on a margin of the page so after scrolling down page the user can switch to another game without any scrolling.

Yahoo visually looks good, but operates inefficiently and is just not worth using.
