Redesign of Interactive Charts there are settings that cause the display to only display a single bar esp when using the +/- feature at bottom of chart//All it does is show a single bar at any timeframe an you cannot seem to undo it//once in a while it unlocks but mostly useless because it returns to the bad mode in some sort of memory mode

12.1.17 Problems throughout on getting prior day's closing data correct on summary pages
You say the close for Alcoa (AA) was $41.64, up $0.13. But Yahoo's summary page says the prior day's close was $41.24. That would imply a change of $0.40. Your interactive chart says the close was $41.51. There wasn't an ex-dividend either. If I'm correct, you have a system problem that's not moving the correct prior day's close over. I already noted the same problem with all the components in the Dow Jones Transports. What is going on here?

Making the "Export" feature to download the contents of your "New View"
I like being able to download some of the featured statistics of the stocks in my portfolio. Unfortunately, the current "Export" feature downloads the preset contents only, regardless how many New Views you might have.
I would like to request that the Export download the contents of your "New View." The current preset contents is way too basic and limited.

phishing
Prevent phishing of Yahoo Finance page. As I browse my portfolio the page is replaced by a what appears to be a phoney survey. If I hit the back button, a new page show a sort of lottery. I actually have to restart the browser to get rid of it. However, it comes back. My ISP is Bell Canada and I use Safari on OSX 10.11.6

Y axis needs to span from 0
A chart is a graphical representation of data. To accurately represent the data the Y axis needs to span from 0 (the minimum possible price) to the maximum stock price within the time period presented. Apparently no one in the financial industry understands this simple fact.

Please stop posting the "main" news on the right side. It's really irritatin that I want to lok at something, but Yahoo wants me to look at.
Please stop forcing the main finance news on the right side as I scroll down. It's really irritating that Yahoo wants to force me to look at the main page news. I wouldn't be scrolling down if I wanted to look at the main news.

volume weighted moving average
Within the charting tool, could you please either add a volume weighted moving average indicator or allow the user to weight the simple moving average by volume. This would be very helpful in comparing against the simple weighted moving average. (I assume that the current weighted option within the moving average indicator is based on days, providing the largest weighting to the most recent day.)

Annualized gain returns, but is not working
I see that annualized gain has (finally) returned as an option in portfolios. However, it is not working in customized portfolios, even though it works just fine under the 'my holdings' tab.

Issue an "Save-Alert-Prompt" if view is changed W/O Saving after a Re-Oder Operation
"Inconsistency" will almost always create "issues" if done often enough.
Maybe I'm just plain "stupid",
but most portfolio changes are almost instantaneously incorporated and saved (i.e. a good feature)However,
a re-order of a stock position is only temporarly incororporated,
but not "permanent" until a save is performed.I can appreciate this philosophy with the re-order operation(s).
But, I am often forgetting to save the re-order,
which doesn't take much of a recovery action,
unless multiple re-orders were performed.Although I usually "hate" most "are You Sure" prompts,
once a re-order has been made,

Save custom view as default
I would like to save a "custom view" as my default view in Yahoo Finance. I found an earlier post about this marked as "completed" but I cannot find this in your help file. Please add this feature.
Also, in the same idea, when I type in a stock symbol, i would like to be able to set the small chart that comes up to the 5yr view vs daily that seems to be default. Please add this.

Zeus Virus Detected scamware
I have received half a dozen pop ups this month (Nov 2017) alerting me that ZEUS VIRUS DETECTED and it happens exclusively while visiting Yahoo Finance. It appears your website is infected with this scam ware. The scammers are trying to get users to call them so they can trick the user into paying for removal of a fake virus. One of the pop ups it creates is actually a new browser tab (IE) that looks convincingly like an official Microsoft webpage. However, real articles on MS support site identify this as scam ware that comes from infected websites, like…

Chat portfolio overview
Add a chat overview page where all portfolio stocks are visible as small charts at one glance. Allow for choosing the time spam (today, 5 days, etc) to display. It should be a tile layout. So one can easily see and compare the individual stock performances.

I see that my portfolio has a lot more headings. THAT'S GOOD. what's not good is that I could find no way to customize the column headings.
Make it possible for users of Yahoo Finance to create the order of column headings in an order they prefer. In my latest portfolio look I'm seeing 20 column headings. GREAT! Problem is, I can't reorder them. Every stocks player has a desire for a certain column/data order. Make it simple and doable to reorder the column headings. I can't in my look.

Export of "Trade Date" from Portfolio is NOT Excel Compatible for DATE Format
The format of "Trade Date" when exported is "YYYYMMDD"
when put into an Excel cell and a DATE value is selected,
there are NO matching formats for a value formatted as "YYYYMMDD"As a result, "########" appears in the cell(s).
My main portfolio is very large
and manual changing of format would not have been "pretty"I wasted about an hour (using WORD)
