  2. New In-Box Sort Tabs Function

    RE: new tabs at the top to sort emails in the in-box > Priority, Updates, Offers, Social or All

    I like this new feature, but it seems to have a bug. My preferred default is "All" but when i go to one of my folders and then return to my In-Box, the default goes to "Priority". Couldn't figure out where most of my emails went, until i happened to notice these tabs at the top, and this is how i discovered them. It would be nice if we could set a default sort, and change the order of these tabs.…

  3. Sent Folder Broken - Auto Deleting Old Emails and New Sent Emails Don't Show Up

    Sent Folder is Broken, Noticed that all my emails from 2014 - Now (2023) were deleted. I had been viewing on mobile so I thought maybe I changed the settings to show the oldest first. Not the case. AND Any NEW EMAILS I write and send, DO NOT show up in the sent folder.

  4. "To:" searches should work similar to "From:" searches. THEY DON'T. For example...

    The "To:" search is broken. It should work very much like the "From:" search, but it doesn't. For example:

    Let's say I have been emailing, Back AND Forth, with JoeSmith@corboy.com.

    If I search for "From:corboy", the results DO correctly show some of the emails.

    If I search for "To:corboy", the results are Incorrectly empty.

    If that isn't and error, then it is certainly a weakness.

    I am a Yahoo Mail+ subscriber, so I am also surprised that your email searches don't allow the use of wildcard symbols.

  5. Why can't I see my full Inbox? Smart Features in the way

    When I click on Inbox, instead of my full inbox, I get the following message:
    "Enable smart features to find all your attachments organized in one place. Your information won't be shared with 3rd parties."

    I do not want to share any more data than I need to, and I'd like this message to go away.

    Now, I'm only able to look at Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, Archive, Spam, and Trash --- not my full inbox.

    All attachment previews are not working for weeks. They all return the error "'We are having trouble previewing this file". File type doesn't matter.

  7. BLOCK ALL EMAILS FROM SENDERS WHOSE ADDRESSES START WITH n-info

    All e-mails that come from addresses which start with n-info are SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE BLOCKED FOR ALL USERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Allow access to emails and attachments that are older than 6 weeks.

    Every email I have older than 6 weeks just says "We're unable to load this message. Retry". Attachments are showing up in searches but aren't able to be previewed, forwarded, or downloaded.
    Aside from fixing this issue, another major improvement would be for the help and support pages to not just be circular links with no answers to anything. Maybe even a support email.

  10. Can't connect to yahoo mail with Mail app on MacOS

    I deleted my old Frontier info and added the new Yahoo info into the system settings/internet accounts. Mail keeps returning there is a problem with the mail server or network.

  11. inbox isn't displaying properly

    When sorting my inbox by sender, scrolling from top down, each email/row is getting jumbled, or emails/tows are skipped, not highlighted. I have tried in Chrome and Edge with no difference in either browser. I've done this before with thousands of emails in my inbox, at the moment, I only have 600.

  12. Search Feature Only Finding Sent Emails

    I've finally reached the point of desperation to post on the forum. I have not been able to find emails on Yahoo for a couple of years now. EVERY time I search for an email, even one that is blatantly right there in my inbox (when I tested the severity of the problem), and I type the sender's name in search for "All Mailboxes", I will only ever get the emails I have sent to this person. I've had to ask clients multiple times to resend me files and contracts because Yahoo has lost all of their emails. What is…

  15. Why don't you send recovery code for mobile number in Iran?

    In the past, I relied on receiving a code on my mobile device to access my email. However, I am no longer receiving the code. Despite multiple attempts to request it, the option to send the code is now unavailable to me.

  17. Timestamps on scheduled emails are wrong. For example, I

    Timestamps on scheduled emails are wrong. For example, If I schedule an email on Sep 13 at 11 to be sent on Sep 14 at 14:00, when the email is sent, it shows date & time of Sep 13 instead of Sep 14.

    After delivery of emails, scheduled emails are showing date and time when these emails were scheduled. If I schedule an email to be sent after 10 days, it will show timestamp of 10 days before when email is actually delivered.

    Further, the web interface does not have scheduling feature. Enable for web interface as well.

  19. Please remove dependence of Yahoo Mail to system fonts.

    My Yahoo mail's font is messed up due to a font installed on my PC it doesn't show the Helvetica Neue Regular that it's supposed to show but instead shows the outlined one which is so distracting and confusing.

  20. any email i write is classed as spam

    I have followed all the advice on help pages, phoned Yahoo who say they cannot further verify my account and sent me to mailsafety@yahoo.com nothing there to help. What do you do when the whole help system cannot help and its not your fault - not anti virus, browsers cleaned, no filters. There should be a further option otherwise the only option is to open another email account
