    911 Yahoo SPAM FILTERS...
    Yahoo made major changes to the algorythms and the resuts are horrible...
    PLEASE bring back the SPAM FILTERS that were real SPAM FILTERS...
    n.b. I NEVER comment on software but this time, it's way too much... we pay for the service so please, provide the service...

  3. Suddenly Very Slow

    SLOW, something changed, I cleared all of my browser data and tried 2 different browsers but the desktop version is lagging, I'm on an updated Mac Studio. I can't even select a message, there Is a major delay before the box shows its selected.

  4. Let me control what's spam or not!

    I feel like I have no control over my email anymore, and it's getting to the point where I'm considering closing the account altogether.
    Lately, all my newsletters from CTV News have been bumped into the spam folder. I add them as contacts again and again, open the email (as instructed under how to get around spam messages) and hit the NOT Spam tab. Still, for weeks now, all these notifications from CTV News are considered spam. I am obviously not able to control what's spam or not anymore. I am paying for my account so this is very backwards…

  5. Yahoo Mail has gotten slow

    Why has Yahoo Mail gotten so painfully slow over the past couple of weeks? Is there a way to correct it? I use it for for both business and personal use, and it has become a real problem. What is the plan and timeline to restore it to a normal speed and response time?

  6. Get rid of ads in Yahoo Small Business Email!

    Get rid of ads! They take up too much bandwidth. My email keeps stopping to buffer mid sentence when typing emails. It's the worst!

  9. Photos not loading onto email. Why not? Click send icon and email not an opttion

    When I try to put photos onto email, by clicking the square-with-arrow icon, options come up (messages, etc) but email doesnt. Following web’s directions (hold shift, etc) also doesnt work.

  12. Cox is a disgrace. Terrible Transition. I lost my most important email.

    I left yahoo because it was terrible. Now Cox is forcing me back in. They lost my most important email address.

  13. Fix the email pop & imap.

    Fix the email,,,,,, after a week + of hassle Thunderbird got emails. 10 minutes later it complains password prob again. Fix it already. help sites give different imap and pop addresses. Come up with a non web based APP for windows 10 ( god help us).

  14. Forced to go yahoo mail but hate it. What are the imap settings so can use a proper mail package?

    Yahoo web based mail is a terrible way to go thru 70 plus emails a day. Is there an app or what are the imap settings so i can use my old mail package again?

    Strenghten spam detection! I regularly mark emails as spam, but similar emails are NOT detected as spam, make you spam detection more proactive. I am getting too many in my inbox

  16. When I try to delete an email it deletes 2 emails I have complained about this year after year but you lazy people wont fix it, FIX IT.

    Every time I try to delete an email it deletes 2 emails and I have to go in the trash to get the second email back. I have complained about this year after year when are you going to fix this. All my friends already abandond yahoo mail because of this contant problem. FIX IT!

  17. So sick of you delaying emails!!! Enough flaws to switch to Gmail. Really sick of yahoo mail!

    Important newsletters to me from LSEG arriving day(s) later for months now. I had enough! And where's my feedback from yesterday, did you delete it? Have fun with your happy premium customers only, I'm out after 20 years here!

  18. Where in **** is my Frontier mail..!!!!!

    Where is my Frontier mail, since Yahoo took over???? My internet has been down for 4 days and when I got to a place that has internet, Frontier say Yahoo has my mail. But NO it does not appear..!!!!!!!!

    I do not understand the source of how people are hired for a customer service representative position. Still, as customers, there needs to be a way for WE, the customers, to provide feedback through interactions with them. I hate scrolling through past comments and seeing "REVIEWED," and there are no follow-ups with the customers' issues. Today, I was looking for answers about why I can't block any more SENDERS, and the representative was saying, "Well, it all depends on the sender, or We do not have control over what Yahoo does."     If you're not seeing the option to block senders, you might have reached the limit of 1000 blocked, and you can try to empty that list, by going to Settings>More Settings>Privacy and security (from a laptop or PC browser).     Fix the embarassing and annoying problem of Yahoo losing emails addressed to me. It happens nearly every day. fix it or lose thousands of customers!!!!!
