How can we improve New Mail?

Yahoo is blocking emails from getting to my inbox, they don't even go to the spam folder. I have saved an email as a contact, still no go.

    These are not spam, they are from someone in my contact list. Why would it block a contact? My kids basketball coach told everyone he would send out emails to kids who made the team - we did not get an email and it devastated my son. The email was sent, but Yahoo ignorantly decided to block it, causing quite the emotional time for my son.
