Split view must DIE!!!
I am THIS close to switching to any other email provider since you guys implemented that "Create Split View" feature that NOW I CANNOT DISABLE!!!

Make split view an option toggle
Add option toggle to turn off split view. I'm tired of the stupid pop out every time I drag and drop multiple emails to my folders.

But its also NOT listed on my blocked emails. All I have is ONE address blocked & I know before all this changed to their "New" email that this list was much longer. Mail default settings
I highly recommend a set of options to change the default setting of mail loading from "Priority" with options of loading whichever set people want, in my case I want it to default to "All".

Dates
Organize in box by dates. I can't find mail. Sender says they sent on Nov 2. All I see is Monday, Tuesday, ect. Why can't I see the date mail was sent.

Allow adds to be disabled
We are currently using a business account, and we are concerned about the advertisements displayed in emails. It is time-consuming for our employees to scroll through ads to access important messages, which affects productivity. Please provide an option to remove these adds for business clients who rely on a streamlined workflow.

Add a font setting
The font is TOO SMALL!! Please fix this so I can make it larger and get rid of the headaches it causes to try to read them.

I cannot sort my cox emails by sender
Now that Cox has moved into Yahoo, I have lost the ability to sort and delete emails by sender. I can do this with my yahoo email account just not with my cox.net email account.
This hinders cleaning up old or unneeded emails.
The only options are:
Date: Newest on top
Date: Oldest on top
Unread
Starred -
Use the old font size

Receiving e-mail notifications
Sometimes (mostly critical times), e-mails from one person time to time doesn't reach me. I can't find it afterwards in spam or any other folder. He sends e-mail and I never get them. Also I need to set up the notification of him receiving my e-mails, to make our communication more smooth. How can I do it? KR, Elena

Pictures are not showing in emails. Allow all pictures is checked but pictures are not showing. This has happened a few times in the last year.

Option to Turn Off Date Grouping
Please offer an option to turn off date grouping in the mail inbox. This is unnecessary clutter and there is no logical reason why you should force this on people. Thanks

When deleting mass emails from Inbox, it would be helpful if more than 50 could be selected at a time. Set a method for say up to 1000 or all.

Why do I have to have a verification code to sign into my account?
I do not have 2 factor authentication. Yet when I need to sign into my yahoo email when I am away from my usual place, I cannot access my Yahoo email. It wants to send an authentication code to my recovery email. Unfortunately, other email platforms are doing the same thing. So I go in circles --- I can't access Yahoo because email code was sent to my other email. I cannot access that other email account because a code was sent to my Yahoo account. And so on. Would it be possible to pin important messages to the top so we can find them faster? A pin is different from an asterisk.

Give the option to have most recent message in an email thread at the top.
I want most recent messages at the top on an email thread. It was set that way but recently changed and there is no option, that I can find, that allows me to set it back.
