Storage issues
I have removed quite a few emails that were attached to my main Yahoo email address, but the storage is still showing as 37.4 GB. Please could you let me know why this is so? I was also advised that there is 1TB of storage available for Yahoo, but it has suddenly dropped to 15GB. Please could you let me know urgently, as the deadline is approaching soon.

Hi Atul, yes we have changed our storage guidelines. As mentioned in our communication to you and in our help articles, once you delete emails from your Inbox, you also need to empty your Trash or even Spam folders. Then you will see the number decrease. Thanks.
