How can we improve New Mail?

How to change the language interface? The location i choose is Singapore, but the email interface showed in Chinese, cannot find the setting to change it to English. Please help

    I had the same problem. Changed my language settings automatically, and no clear way to fix. REALLY STUPID IDEA YAHOO!
