Where are the contacts?
Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.
Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.
Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

Adding to others: where are my contacts? Can't access them. Are there any answers to all these complaints? If so, where?

New Yahoo lets me see and choose about six out of 100 contacts which is a serious problem. The only way I can access my complete contact list is to change back to the Old Yahoo which is a pain tn the ------- Further all new Email good and/or spam is not visible under in-box/spam most of the time.but can be read under Unread another pain in the -------Yahoo needs to either fix the New or go back to the Old which worked fine for years.

where did my contact icon go? One of my contacts changed their email address and I cannot find my contact icon to make the change. New format does not impress me.

I have the exact same problem. Click on the Contacts icon and all it does is generate another yahoo mail page that is the same as the one I was on. I need access to my contacts now. Thank you.

I, too, cannot access my contact list. I am trying to change an email address for one of my contacts and, every time I click on the icon, there is some screen movement, but in seconds I am back to the regular mail screen. Every time. Also, I have a Windows PC, but I frequently use my son's Mac, On that, I cannot get the sidebars that allow me to scroll up and down for either the emails or the file folders. Very frustrating. I would like to go back to the previous version.

Where are my contacts or how can I get to them on the new page. I see no advantage to the new page! Being able to change the color of the background is no benefit to me. How can I get back to the original page?

As with the original poster, when I go to a list in my contacts, or I attempt to send an email to everyone in a list, I find that there are contacts missing. This has happened to me multiple times over the past several months. Just now I decided to review all my lists and I discovered that the lists that I rarely use have essentially been wiped out. There is 1 that now only contains 1 contact (used to have a dozen), 1 with only 4 contacts (had at least a dozen), and 2 that are completely empty. ...and, as with the original poster, when I access my contacts I am taken to the old version - but this does NOT explain the missing contacts; ie they are not people that I've added since the conversion.
...To those trying to find the contacts icon, it is near the upper right next to a gray smiley face.
